Attorney Kevin Milne is a dedicated advocate for tribal health programs  with a deep understanding of tribal healthcare of the health care statutory and regulatory environment. He’s successfully advocated for tribal interests before managed care companies, Medicaid agencies, county health departments, and other federal agencies, including DEA, SAMHSA, and IHS.

Kevin helps tribal healthcare programs to navigate complex legal issues and while also maximizing third-party income streams, like Medicare and Medicaid dollars. He has helped 638 programs develop substance abuse and mental illness treatment programs. He is focused on understanding communities’ needs and  strengthening their capabilities and delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive care tailored to their community’s unique needs.
